SUMMARY:2024 Atlanta BeltLine Bike Tours - Westside Trail Tour
DESCRIPTION:Kick off your Saturday with an energizing 11-mile bike ride on 
 the scenic Atlanta BeltLine Westside Trail. This guided tour offers a perf
 ect opportunity to explore the historic neighborhoods of Atlanta while enj
 oying fresh air and cooler morning temperatures. The tour begins and ends 
 at the vibrant Lee + White development in West End\, where you'll have acc
 ess to ample free parking and can explore the amenities after your ride.\n
 \nTour Details: Led by experienced volunteer guides familiar with the Atla
 nta BeltLine project\, the tour offers insights into the local history and
  culture of the neighborhoods along the trail. The ride is supported by a 
 sweep cyclist who ensures everyone stays together and maintains a safe and
  enjoyable pace. Both the guide and sweep are well-versed in bicycle safet
 y and etiquette\, ensuring a smooth experience for all.\n\nThe tour covers
  relatively flat terrain with a few moderate hills\, making it accessible 
 for most riders. Participants should be at least 13 years old\, unless rid
 ing in a child seat attached to an adult's bike. Riders should feel comfor
 table with completing the 11-mile route\, which includes several informati
 ve stops along the way.\n\nTour Schedule:\n\n 	Start Time: 9:00 AM (Arrive
  by 8:45 AM for check-in\, or 8:30 AM if renting bikes)\n 	End Time: Appro
 ximately 12:00 PM\n\nMeeting Point:\nLee + White development on White St. 
 in West End.\n\nTour Fee: A $10 donation per participant is required\, wit
 h a small additional fee via Eventbrite. All proceeds go to the Atlanta Be
 ltLine Partnership\, a nonprofit organization committed to realizing the f
 ull vision of the BeltLine project. If the cost is prohibitive\, participa

 ce.\n\nBike Rentals: If you need to rent a bike and helmet\, contact Clutc
 h Bike Shop at 404-594-4205 for details. Be sure to mention that you’re 
 signing up for the Atlanta BeltLine bike tour.\n\nGroup Size: The tour is 
 limited to 20 participants to ensure a quality experience. You can reserve
  up to four spots per booking.\n\nLiability Waiver: All participants must 
 complete a liability waiver before the tour. If you’re registering for o
 thers\, you’ll need to provide their names and email addresses and compl
 ete the waiver on their behalf to finalize the registration.\n\nTour Highl
 ights: During the ride\, your guide will introduce you to key sites along 
 the Westside Trail\, including:\n\n 	Atlanta BeltLine Arboretum\n 	Westvie
 w Cemetery (entrance only)\n 	Westview Commercial District\n 	Washington P
 ark\n 	Murphy Crossing\n 	Aluma Urban Farm\n 	Art on the Atlanta BeltLine 
 installations\n 	The newly opened western section of the Southside Trail\,
  with a stop at Pittsburgh Yards.\n\nEach participant will receive a compl
 imentary bottle of Positivity Alkaline Water\, and you are welcome to brin
 g your own snacks for the journey.\n\nCancellation Policy: Atlanta BeltLin
 e Partnership aims to accommodate changes in plans while ensuring proper e
 vent planning. The following refund policies apply:\n\n 	A full refund of 
 the donation is available if cancellation is requested by 5:00 PM the Thur
 sday before the event by contacting john@atlblp.org.\n 	Participants may t
 ransfer their registration to another rider by contacting the same email b
 y the deadline.\n 	In case of inclement weather\, participants can request
