 Class offers an accessible and flexible way for newcomers to explore pole 
 fitness without the need for a long-term commitment. Designed specifically
  for beginners\, this class teaches foundational pole fitness techniques a
 nd basic movements\, helping participants build confidence and strength fr
 om the ground up.\nUnlike traditional programs that require enrollment in 
 a series of sessions\, this drop-in format allows individuals to attend a 
 single class at their convenience. It’s the perfect opportunity to exper
 ience pole fitness firsthand and decide if it’s the right fit.\nImportan
 t Guidelines:\n\n\n 	No lotion or oil should be applied at least 4 hours b
 efore the class to ensure safety and proper grip.\n 	There is a strict 10-
 minute grace period—late arrivals beyond this window will not be allowed
  to participate actively.\n 	Cancellations and rescheduling can be managed
  through the app up to two hours before the class time.\n\nThis beginner-f
 riendly approach makes it easier than ever to try pole fitness\, learn new
