 p: Begin with light\, dynamic stretches and a reflection prompt to contemp
 late during the hike.\n 	Hiking: Embark on a moderately-paced group hike t
 hrough the serene woods\, taking in the sights and sounds of nature.\n 	Br
 eak Time: Pause for a longer break to hydrate\, enjoy snacks\, and appreci
 ate the scenic views or nearby water bodies.\n 	Cool-Down: After completin
