DESCRIPTION:Join us for a transformative journey of relaxation and self-dis
 covery in our Sound Bath &amp\; Restorative Yoga class. This unique experi
 ence invites participants to explore their inner awareness while benefitin
 g from the soothing properties of sound and restorative yoga.\n\nRestorati
 ve Yoga for Deep Relaxation\n\nDuring the restorative yoga portion of the 
 class\, participants will engage in gentle poses held for extended periods
 \, supported by props to ensure comfort and stability. The primary goal of
  restorative yoga is to promote physical\, mental\, and emotional relaxati
 on. By allowing the body to deeply relax in these poses\, individuals can 
 release tension and stress\, leading to a profound sense of well-being.\n\
 nChakra Healing Practices\n\nIn addition to restorative yoga\, attendees w
 ill learn about the chakras—energy centers within the body that can infl
 uence overall health and wellness. The session will cover techniques to ch
 arge and discharge each chakra and incorporate various healing practices. 
 Using Reiki\, participants will work to open\, balance\, and align these e
 ssential energy portals\, enhancing their physical and emotional states.\n
 \nSound Bath Experience\n\nThe sound bath component is a meditative practi
 ce that envelops participants in deep sound vibrations\, promoting relaxat
 ion and healing. This experience helps to quiet the fight-or-flight respon
 se\, encouraging the body to enter a more tranquil state.\n\nEvent Details
 \n\nParticipants are encouraged to bring a journal for reflection and note
 -taking. All mats and props will be provided for your convenience.\n\nTick
 ets and Donations\n\nTickets are priced at $25\, with proceeds benefiting 
 Healing Hands Reiki and Spiritual Development Inc.\, a recognized 501(c)(3
 ) nonprofit organization. As such\, all donations are tax-deductible.\n\nR
 egistration Requirements\n\nAttendees must register via Eventbrite or by p
 hone at least one hour prior to the class. If participants arrive more tha
 n five minutes late\, they are advised to attend the next scheduled class.
  Please note that no shoes are allowed in the shala\, and all shoes should
