DESCRIPTION:Get ready for the spookiest field trip ever at iFLY Atlanta! Th
 is thrilling adventure invites students to experience the excitement of fl
 ight in a state-of-the-art wind tunnel during an engaging STEM Lite field 
 trip\, perfect for children aged 3 and up.\n\nParticipants will embark on 
 an exhilarating journey guided by a highly trained STEM educator\, who wil
 l lead them through an immersive\, hands-on experience that includes:\n\n 
 	Introduction and Physics Demonstration: Students will learn about the pri
 nciples of flight through a captivating demonstration in the wind tunnel.\
 n 	STEM Activities: Tailored for students in grades K-8\, these activities
  are designed to spark curiosity and encourage learning. Students in grade
 s 9-12 are also welcome to join in on the fun.\n 	Flight Training and Gear
 : Participants will receive training and be equipped with flight gear to p
 repare for their flights.\n 	Two Flights: Each registered participant will
  enjoy two flights\, including one exhilarating high flight.\n 	Instructor
  Air Show: Witness an amazing air show performed by experienced instructor
 s.\n 	Flight Certificates: Every flyer will receive a certificate to comme
 morate their experience.\n 	Halloween Candy: Treats will be provided to ad
 d a festive touch to the event.\n\nRegistration Details:\n\n 	Refund Polic
 y: Please note that once purchased\, no refunds will be offered for this e
 vent.\n 	Capacity: The event is limited to a maximum of 26 flyers\, so ear
 ly registration is encouraged. A minimum of 15 participants is required to
  host the event.\n 	Registration Deadline: All registrations must be compl
 eted by October 15th at 5:00 PM PST\, and the registration will not reopen
  after this date.\n 	Waiver Information: Ensure that participants' names a
 nd birth dates match what will be provided on the waiver for eligibility.\
 n\nWho Can Attend:\n\n 	The curriculum is primarily designed for students 
 in grades K-8\, but high school students (grades 9-12) are also welcome.\n
  	For groups of 15 or more students\, please contact kmcnally@iflyworld.co
 m to arrange a private event.\n 	Parents or guardians are required to atte
 nd and chaperone their students\, and there is no fee for chaperones.\n\nF
 light Eligibility and Preparation:\n\n 	Age Requirement: Flyers must be at
  least 3 years old.\n 	Weight Considerations: Participants weighing betwee
 n 260 and 299 lbs may require additional evaluation to ensure safety\, whi
 le those over 300 lbs cannot fly.\n 	Health Restrictions: Pregnant individ
 uals\, those with hard casts or non-removable prosthetics\, and individual
 s with certain medical conditions\, including head\, neck\, or back injuri
 es\, heart issues\, or previous shoulder dislocations\, are not permitted 
 to fly.\n\nCostumes &amp\; Flight Guidelines:\n\n 	Costumes are highly enc
 ouraged for this Halloween-themed event! However\, participants must be ab
 le to wear a flight suit over their clothing\, along with goggles and a he
 lmet.\n 	If a costume obstructs the flight suit or safety gear\, it will n
 eed to be removed before flying. It’s advisable to wear comfortable clot
 hes underneath the costume or bring a change of clothing to facilitate an 
 easy transition.\n 	iFLY provides complimentary lockers to securely store 
 props\, masks\, and other costume items while participants enjoy their fly
