DESCRIPTION:The MEN-Tal Health Divide Support Group is an empowering online
  event designed to address the mental health needs of Black men\, offering
  a supportive and safe space for open discussions. This virtual group aims
  to bridge the gap in mental health support for Black men\, creating a com
 munity where participants can share experiences\, voice their struggles\, 
 and find encouragement from others who understand their unique challenges.
 \n\nStarting on Wednesday\, November 1\, 2023\, at 7:00 PM EDT\, this even
 t will provide a platform for meaningful conversations about mental health
 \, stress management\, self-care\, and coping mechanisms. Led by experts\,
  the group will focus on breaking the stigmas surrounding Black men’s me
 ntal well-being and providing tools to navigate the pressures they often f
 ace.\n\nParticipants will benefit from guided activities\, expert insights
 \, and peer support\, fostering a stronger sense of community and self-awa
