Morningside Wine Walk 2024 benefitting PAWS Atlanta
On Thursday, October 24, 2024, the Morningside community will come alive for the annual Morningside Wine Walk, a delightful evening dedicated to supporting PAWS Atlanta. Running from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, this engaging event invites attendees to sip and savor a selection of fine wines while making a positive impact on local animal welfare.
Kickoff and Check-In Participants are encouraged to grab their tickets and either ride in an Uber or stroll over to Morningside Village. Check-in begins at 5:00 PM at Pierce Upper Cervical, located at 1390 Lanier Blvd NE, tucked away below WhiskeyBird. Upon arrival, guests will need to present their IDs to receive a commemorative wine glass and a “passport” for the evening’s wine tastings provided by local businesses.
The Wine Journey As attendees explore the offerings at various participating venues, they will collect stamps in their passports. Completing the passport with stamps from all participating locations is not just a fun challenge but also an opportunity to win exciting prizes. To enter the prize drawing, guests must return their fully stamped passports to Pierce Upper Cervical by 8:00 PM. The drawing will take place during a live performance by Atlanta’s own The BackyardBirds, adding an extra layer of entertainment to the evening.
Supporting a Worthy Cause Tickets for the event are available online for $40.00, with all proceeds benefitting PAWS Atlanta, a dedicated “no-kill” animal shelter focused on fostering a community where people help pets and pets help people. Guests will have the unique opportunity to meet adoptable cats and dogs on-site from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
