The Fox Trot Run is an exciting event designed for runners who cherish the joy of running with friends. This race is all about the shared experience, not how fast you finish. Whether you choose the 5K, 10K, or 13.1 Half-Marathon, the goal is simply to cross the finish line together, celebrating friendship and fitness.

Event Overview: This run is highly popular and sells out quickly. Each wave will close as soon as it fills up, so participants are encouraged to register early. If you miss out on a spot, you can join the virtual run option or sign up for the waitlist. The event is a smaller, private group run with limited spots per wave, providing an intimate and friendly atmosphere. All paces and ages are welcome (participants under 18 must have a guardian present). Whether you’re walking or running, everyone is encouraged to participate in this equipment-free event, with coordinators on-site to offer support.

Timing: Tracking your run time is entirely optional. Participants may use popular fitness apps like Strava, RunKeeper, or Nike Run to record their times and submit them through an easy form to have results posted online. For those who prefer assistance, coordinators will be available to help track time. No timing chips will be used, allowing for a stress-free race experience focused on personal achievement.

Packet Pickup: No packet pickup is needed—your swag is shipped directly to your address. Please ensure your mailing information is accurate. Race bibs will be distributed on race day.

When Will You Get Your Swag? Expect to receive your race shirt at your mailing address the week of your race. For late registrations within two weeks of the event, your shirt may arrive after the race. You can wear any appropriate shirt to run.

Wave Times: Participants can choose their preferred wave times, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis:

• Wave A: 7:30 AM
• Wave B: 8:00 AM
• Wave C: 8:30 AM

During the summer months (June-August), earlier wave times may be available to accommodate warmer weather. Participants will receive an email with updated start times the week of the race. Late runners can still join up to three hours after the first wave begins.

Virtual Run Option: The Fox Trot Run offers a unique virtual run option, complete with a training pack and digital tools to support your run. Virtual participants can run at any location and time, using any tracking device to monitor their progress. Once completed, virtual runners can submit their results to receive their medal via mail.

Race Bundle: Sign up for multiple races to receive a discount! If you complete three races, you’ll receive a Custom Runner’s Trophy as a special recognition instead of the usual second and third medals.
