Guided Soundbath Meditation

Every Sunday from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM, Choke Ah Bead Metaphysical Store in McDonough, GA, hosts a calming and rejuvenating Guided Soundbath Meditation. This unique experience invites participants to immerse themselves in soothing sounds designed to promote relaxation and inner peace.

Led by an experienced meditation guide, attendees will embark on a transformative journey, allowing the healing vibrations to wash over them and help release accumulated stress and tension. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, along with pillows and blankets for added comfort, although some mats are available on-site.

This session provides an ideal opportunity to reset and recharge in a serene environment, fostering a deeper connection to oneself.
