Weekly Meditation Schedule:

  • Monday: Metta Bhavana (Loving Kindness Meditation)
  • Tuesday: Chakra Balancing (includes Mantra Chanting)
  • Wednesday: Yoga Nidra Meditation
  • Thursday: Inner Child Healing (Breath Awareness and Pranayama)
  • Friday: Full Body Scan (Progressive Muscle Relaxation Techniques)

Special Add-ons: Some sessions may feature Tibetan Sound Healing for enhanced vibrational harmony.

What to Expect:
