About this Event: Embark on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation at the FREE Reiki Infused Yoga and Meditation event hosted by Tiffany Monroe. This two-hour session combines the healing practices of Reiki, yoga, and meditation to promote inner peace and holistic well-being. Participants will experience a Vinyasa flow yoga class infused with distant Reiki energy during meditation, fostering a deep sense of calm and connection.
During the session, you’ll explore your inner space of awareness, focusing on strength, flexibility, concentration, breath work, and meditation. Additionally, Tiffany will guide participants in understanding and balancing the body’s energy centers (chakras) through various healing practices, utilizing Reiki to open, balance, and align these vital energy portals.
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and a composition book for journaling. All proceeds from the event support Healing Hands Reiki and Spiritual Development Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals through Reiki integration into healthcare systems and community-based organizations.
