Step into the enchanting world of French pastry with “The Art of French Pastry” class in Atlanta, where participants are whisked away to a culinary experience reminiscent of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. This engaging, hands-on class invites aspiring bakers to master the delicate art of Choux pastry, often regarded as challenging yet surprisingly approachable.

Guided by a talented Pastry Chef Instructor, attendees will enjoy a detailed demonstration before embarking on their own journey to create the perfect Choux dough. Participants will learn the essential techniques of piping, baking, and filling, ultimately crafting delectable Eclairs and Cream Puffs. Additionally, they will discover how to make rich vanilla crème and luscious chocolate ganache, elevating their pastries to gourmet standards. With these easy-to-follow recipes, even those intimidated by baking can confidently create a variety of pastries.

No prior baking experience is necessary, as the class provides all the essential equipment and ingredients, which are readily available at local markets. The atmosphere is casual and designed to be both fun and educational, making it ideal for seasoned cooking enthusiasts and first-time bakers alike. Participants are encouraged to engage fully or take a more observational approach, even indulging in taste testing along the way.

Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for parking and check-in, particularly for larger groups. Throughout the class, attendees will collaborate in groups, sharing equipment and ingredients. For those 21 and older, bringing beer or wine is permitted to enhance the experience.

To maintain a safe and enriching environment, children aged 14 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Classes are primarily tailored for adults aged 21 and over.
