Led by Brittney, one of Clarity’s skilled female fitness instructors, the yoga class welcomes participants of all fitness and flexibility levels. Modifications and tools will be provided to ensure everyone can fully engage in the session.
Bring your yoga mat if you prefer, although mats will also be available in the group exercise room. Arrive a few minutes early to park, sign in, and get settled before the class begins promptly at 7:00 pm.
