Calling all teenage girls (ages 12-17)! Join the Alpha Gamma Chapter of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority’s Youth Committee for an empowering afternoon of self-care and mental health awareness.
“Standing on Self-Care” Workshop:
This free in-person event, held on Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at 1:00 PM in Marietta, GA, is designed specifically for you!
The Power of Self-Care:
- Learn valuable strategies to prioritize your mental and physical well-being.
- Participate in interactive games and activities to make self-care fun and engaging.
- Connect with other like-minded girls on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
A Safe Space for You:
This workshop creates a safe and supportive environment for you to explore self-care practices and develop tools for a happier, healthier you. Parents will attend a separate Zoom call beforehand to discuss the event’s safety measures and topics.
Dress Code:
Comfy, casual, and cute! We encourage you to wear your favorite shade of pink to show your support for self-care.
