Sound Bath & Restorative Yoga

What to Expect:
🌿 Restorative Yoga: Guided by an expert instructor, participants will explore gentle, long-held poses supported by props, allowing for complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. This practice encourages deep rest and mindful awareness, helping to release tension and enhance overall well-being.
🔮 Chakra Balancing & Reiki Healing: The session includes an educational component on the energy centers (chakras), focusing on what charges and depletes each one. Participants will engage in specialized healing techniques while receiving Reiki energy work to open, balance, and align their body’s vital energy portals.
🎶 Sound Bath Therapy: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, a meditative practice using deep, resonant sound frequencies to quiet the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote emotional equilibrium. The powerful sound waves help shift the body from a fight-or-flight response to a deeply restorative state.

How to Register:
Reserve your spot through Eventbrite or by phone at least one hour before the class. Please note that late arrivals (beyond 5 minutes) will be asked to attend the next scheduled session to maintain the integrity of the experience.
