SpelHouse 2009 is gearing up for an unforgettable Sweet 15 Year Homecoming Tailgate Tent & Brunch Experience as part of SpelHouse Homecoming 2024! Five years ago, the Class of 2009 gathered on Red Clay Hill to celebrate a decade of alumnihood, and now, it’s time to mark the 15-year milestone in style.
The Spelman and Morehouse Class Councils have curated an elevated homecoming experience, reflecting the importance of this anniversary. If you joined the #Sweet15Reunion weekend in May, then you know the expectations are high for this celebration.

SpelHouse Class of ‘09 Tent and Lounge @ Tailgate Hill, Morehouse College
12 PM – 8 PM
Situated just steps away from the bustling tailgate scene, the official Class of ‘09 tent and lounge will offer a refined space for you to relax, enjoy, and celebrate. Inside the lounge, your senses will be treated to DJ beats, delicious food, and curated cocktails, ensuring a lively and festive atmosphere all afternoon. Vibe out with your fellow ‘09 classmates at the peak of homecoming!
Your ticket includes access to the Class of ‘09 lounge, featuring activation by BlackOps Productions, complimentary food, and bottomless specialty cocktails until 8 PM. Details about the DJ, caterer, and a commemorative class gift are coming soon.
Important note: You must purchase a separate ticket through the Morehouse College website to gain access to the campus tailgate.

SpelHouse Class of ‘09 Brunch @ Tulum Kitchen and Bar
12 PM – 2 PM
As the final hoorah of the weekend, join your classmates for a brunch celebration to close out the 15-year anniversary. Reminisce over great memories with a brunch buffet and enjoy two complimentary mimosas. The brunch will run until 2 PM, and further details on the DJ and menu will be shared closer to the date.
