Step into a transformative experience with “The Sanctuary ATL,” a premier breathwork event hosted by Black Girls Breathing®. This unique gathering offers more than just a workshop—it’s a profound journey back to the body through the power of breath.

Event Highlights:

  • Holistic Healing: The Sanctuary ATL is designed to create a safe and nurturing environment where Black women can focus on managing their mental health, healing from trauma, and alleviating chronic stress and anxiety. Black Girls Breathing® has made a significant impact on over 61,000 Black women by offering accessible mental health resources, with a goal to reach 1 million by 2025.
  • In-Person Revival: After five years, we are excited to host our first in-person session in Atlanta, incorporating invaluable insights gained from working with thousands of Black women. This session will emphasize somatic healing, addressing the physical manifestations of chronic stress and providing tools for emotional resilience.
  • Empowering Breathwork: Participants will engage in powerful breathwork techniques to integrate into their daily routines. These techniques are designed to combat stress, reduce anxiety, and facilitate trauma healing—acknowledging that trauma is stored in the body, not just the mind.
  • Expert Facilitation: Experience guidance from Jasmine Marie, CEO & Founder of Black Girls Breathing®. With extensive facilitation experience across elite universities, Fortune 100 companies, and juvenile detention centers, Jasmine Marie brings a unique and impactful approach to serving Black women. Her work has been celebrated by Oprah Magazine, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Essence, The Cut, Black Enterprise, and Good Morning America.
  • Tailored Support: Attendees will benefit from instruction specifically curated for the Black woman’s unique emotional and mental health challenges. Receive journal prompts and other resources to continue your healing journey beyond the session.
  • Community Connection: Connect with a supportive sisterhood of like-minded individuals, fostering a sense of belonging and shared experience.
  • Support the Cause: Proceeds from ticket sales support the ongoing accessibility of our work and provide resources to those in financial need. To date, we have facilitated over 10,800 no-cost or reduced-cost slots for virtual breathwork sessions and distributed more than 59,000 free mental health toolkits. Additionally, we offer 12 months of free access to our Sunday Balm® community for unemployed or financially strained Black women.

Join us at The Sanctuary ATL to deepen your breath, lighten your load, and immerse yourself in a healing experience crafted with care and commitment. Don’t miss this opportunity to invest in your well-being and be part of a supportive and empowering community.
