You’ll leave each meditation session feeling centered, renewed, and ready to face the week ahead with clarity.

Weekly Schedule:

  • Monday: Metta Bhavana (Loving Kindness Meditation)—cultivate compassion and empathy.
  • Tuesday: Chakra Balancing—may include mantra chanting to realign your energy centers.
  • Wednesday: Yoga Nidra Meditation—a deep relaxation practice for restorative healing.
  • Thursday: Inner Child Healing—may include breath awareness and pranayama to address emotional wounds.
  • Friday: Full Body Scan—using progressive muscle relaxation techniques to release tension.

Some sessions may also incorporate Tibetan Sound Bath Healing, enhancing the meditative experience with vibrational sound therapy.
