A Practice Rooted in Connection & Exploration
Each session invites participants to step onto the mat and embark on a transformative journey of movement and mindfulness. More than just a physical practice, these gatherings weave in themes of spirituality, celestial cycles, and holistic wellness, creating an immersive and enriching experience that extends beyond the body.
Guided by an Inspired Instructor
Leading the practice is Vada, a 200-hour registered yoga teacher since March 2024, with a deep-rooted passion for movement, meditation, and self-discovery. Her approach to yoga is a holistic embodiment of slow-paced vinyasa, seamlessly integrating creative movement modalities to foster an optimal inner and outer balance. Through her guidance, participants are encouraged to view the body as a vessel for liberation, unlocking a deeper connection to their personal power and innate magic.
